The St Clair West Business Improvement Area (BIA) is a municipally-sanctioned organization comprised of the merchants and commercial property owners on St Clair Ave West between Westmount and Glenholme Avenues.

Situated between Dufferin and Oakwood and centred on the headwaters of the old Garrison Creek, with Regal Heights to the South and the historic St Clare Church and Oakwood Collegiate at either end, this area boasts a number of unique shops and restaurants.

In June of each year, the businesses team up with St Clare School and other community organizations for the Sunflower Festival - a celebration of the coming season with rides and games for the kids - and food, entertainment and more for the adults.
